To protect the natural environment of the Woronora Valley, it's bushland and waterways, and to improve the amenities, infrastructure, services and resources available to the Woronora River Community.
To conduct all Association business with integrity, transparency and professionalism
To welcome all members of the Woronora River Community and foster a collective sense of community and communal voice
To openly disseminate information and identify and discuss the needs and concerns of the Woronora River Community
To represent and advance the interests of the Woronora River Community at the local community level and with local governments, state and federal bodies
To advocate for responsible planning with Sutherland Shire Council and other government agencies, community and business groups
To encourage strong community engagement and participation in the decision-making of Sutherland Shire Council and other bodies
To collaborate with other groups/ organisations on matters of mutual interest. In particular to foster ongoing constructive engagement with local organisations
To undertake and help coordinate other activities which benefit and / or improve the wellbeing and quality of life of the Woronora River Community
